Case documentation: Allergy with rash on both forearms

Brief history (main symptom): Rash on both forearms, extensive on the upper side; open, circular patches that weep and itch.

Had a wide variety of treatments from various dermatologists between June 2014 and May 2017. Suspected contact dermatitis, fungal infestation, parasite infestation. No treatment responded.

Course of therapy and therapeutic measures including follow-up (e.g. EAP):

  • 5.6.2017 Test for various allergens; fragrance mix and diesel test positive, patient should bring various lubricants, wood dust, dirt from home and from the company; program 253 with fragrance mix and diesel, program 228 with urticaria D6, zinc
  • 14.6.2017 Test: 1 lubricant with preservative, dust from the machine, wood dust from sawing positive, program 253 with everything, program 231 for the skin; drops made, take 3×5 drops and rub into the skin on the arms several times a day
  • 30.6.2017 Program 253 with everything, Program 231
  • 11.7.2017 Skin better, but not good, program 253, program 231, drops at the end
  • 7.8.2017 Upper side of forearm better, but now on the inside (possibly bacterial infection due to support, but looks just like the allergy) Test: fragrance mix and diesel no longer test, program 253 with remainder, program 233
  • 17.8.2017 Program 253 with remainder, program 233
  • 3.9.2017 Skin only small remnants, looks almost good Program 253 with remnants, Program 233

Side effects and undesirable therapeutic effects *4:

It is not clear whether the shift from the upper side to the inner side was caused by the therapy.

Were other therapeutic measures (e.g. medicines, ointments, etc.) also used? Which: prepared drops

Justification of the assessment:

The treatment worked very well. After years of no therapy helping, the patient is happy that his forearms have healed.

Remark

Case documentation is created by therapists who work with BioKat devices. They reflect the possibilities that can be achieved with this type of therapy.
