Differentiation of the term "bioresonance"

A report by Michael Galle and Andre Rasche (March 2015, August 2021)

Introduction

In the following we will characterize the term "bioresonance" according to our current state of knowledge on the physical, technical and clinical level in a basic and simplified way.

All the methods mentioned postulate resonance-like information transmissions in which at least one participant is a living system, hence "bio-resonance".

In all these methods, the actual physical-physiological mechanism of action of the observed biological and physical effects is unknown. So far, only hypothetical explanatory models exist.

For the "classical bioresonance method", such as BioKat information therapy, MORA bioresonance therapy or Bicom bioresonance, the most plausible explanatory models currently exist on the basis of bioelectromagnetism research and a large number of controlled clinical human studies.

In the following, we have made a basic classification according to suspected or actual physical effects.

Devices and methods with a classic physical mode of action

The information flow takes place through postulated or measurable electromagnetic oscillations with corresponding physical-technical hardware.

Artificially produced electromagnetic oscillations (not inverted, i.e. in phase)

A distinction is made here between

  • Therapy with external vibrations (imitated environmental vibrations, bacterial vibrations, etc.), i.e. a frequency generator. Example devices are VITATEC or ZAPPER. There are no positive controlled clinical studies available.
  • Therapy with postulated, stored, endogenous human vibrations. Example devices are VITATEC. There are no positive controlled clinical studies available.

Natural electromagnetic oscillations (inverted and non-inverted, i.e. in-phase or phase-inverted)

A distinction is made here between

  • Therapy with postulated endogenous human vibrations, i.e. from within, emitted by the person or animal itself. Example devices BioKat M V, MORA, BICOM, IMEDIS. This is a mirror therapy on an electromagnetic level and only the electromagnetic signals are picked up on the body and immediately returned to the body. Destructive or constructive interference and resonance phenomena occur. There are a number of positive controlled clinical studies, as well as controlled studies with animals, whose level of evidence corresponds to the university standard. There are also positive placebo-controlled studies!
  • Therapy with postulated oscillations of bioactive substances (exogenous oscillations), i.e. added to the person from outside, whereby the external oscillation is not generated artificially. Example devices BioKat M V, MORA, BICOM, IMEDIS and electro-acupuncture in diagnostics. There are a number of positive controlled clinical studies, as well as controlled studies with animals, whose level of evidence corresponds to the university standard. Positive placebo-controlled studies are also available!

Information flow through postulated, natural electromagnetic oscillations; no conventional physical technical hardware

(postulated information transfer through direct interference of the substance vibrations with the human electromagnetic field)

  • Bioresonance according to Paul Schmidt. Example device: RAYONEX. This is bioresonance according to Paul Schmidt. It uses an antenna that is twisted against each other to generate a subtle frequency, which Paul Schmidt compared with a biotensor and a frequency generator. Certain positions of the antennas in relation to each other then result in a postulated frequency. Experience has shown that these frequencies are used to treat certain illnesses. A first clinical study is available.
  • Biotensors with test ampoules. No positive controlled studies are available.
  • Kinesiology with test ampoules. There are no positive controlled studies available.

Devices and methods with non-classical physical mode of action

Information flow through postulated coupling of individual and/or universal fields of consciousness, e.g. morphogenetic fields according to Sheldrake; no classical physical-technical hardware.

  • Radionics ("psychobiophysics") devices: So-called scanner systems such as QUANTUM, OBERON (first META-Scan, then ETA-Scan and now VITA-Scan), QUANTEC. No positive controlled studies are available.

The crucial question now is: Why is a device used at all?

The answer: The device is merely a tool or a vehicle to strengthen the belief in the ability of the human mind to better interact with other individual and/or universal fields of consciousness. Such a "device" has no classical physical-technical functions. Extensive research in Russia by Mr. Nesterov shows that when the test subject and the tester are put under stress, the results of the random generator improve. The above-mentioned devices therefore work with optical, acoustic and electromagnetic stress.

  • Mental kinesiology There are no positive controlled studies available.
  • Bioresonators/biotensors with mental testing No positive controlled studies are available.

Conclusion

The classical form of bioresonance, such as BioKat information therapy, is the only method of "bioresonance" that has been verified on the basis of clinical and other scientific studies at university level. (This also applies in part to EAP electro-acupuncture on a diagnostic level).

Final comment

In our experience, lay people (certification authorities, federal ministries, medical associations, federal medical commissions, courts, conventional doctors, many naturopaths, many alternative practitioners, patients, etc.) are completely helpless when it comes to assessing the above-mentioned procedures. They do not know and do not understand the basic models of action and correlations, e.g. the fundamental differences between classical bioresonance and RADIONICS.

It is often suggested that radionics in particular involves classical physical information transfer. Recently, a salesman of a radionic scanner device told me that the device contained biophotons that would somehow couple with me. This obviously showed that not even the salesman had understood the postulated effect models. Biophotons consist of light and are emitted by living cells. Where are biophotons supposed to come from such a technical device without living cells?

Most normal radionics practitioners work unconsciously with consciousness and it seems to work. After they have been made aware of the effect models, the devices often no longer work. They need the devices to focus their consciousness. Of course, they can do this themselves without the devices, but they lack this awareness.

Therefore, if you want to do radionics, then do it consciously! But then you don't need a device for it.
