Case documentation BioKat M V - increased intraocular pressure

Report by Christina Gogolin

Clinical diagnosis: increased intraocular pressure

Patient code: GS 1047

Age: 61

Gender: f

Profession: Bank, now early retirement

Brief anamnesis (main symptom):

Increased intraocular pressure, 21right, 23left, no symptoms, diagnosed by ophthalmologist, no change on examination by optician after one week

Brief findings (e.g. laboratory, EAP, first software printout):

Measurement by the doctor and optician

Course of therapy and therapeutic measures including follow-up (e.g. EAP):

Basic biorhythm therapy, program 243 Eye complaints with active electrode in front of the eyes in circular movements, after 2nd treatment without active electrode, see patient description below

Side effects and undesirable therapeutic effects:

The first two times my eyes became inflamed, conjunctivitis for 2 days, then no more such a severe reaction.

Were other therapeutic measures (e.g. medication, ointments, etc.) also used? Which ones?

Euphrasia drops and calendula eye drops were used for conjunctivitis

Assessment of the therapeutic effectiveness of BioKat therapy by the therapist:

Very good

Justification of the assessment:

After a short time, the eye pressure dropped by 4 or 5 points and the patient reports that she sees more clearly with glasses and contact lenses.

Remark

Case documentation is created by therapists who work with BioKat devices. They reflect the possibilities that can be achieved with this type of therapy. However, this does not mean that the same effect can be repeated in individual cases for other patients with the same symptoms. Case documentation serves as an aid for other therapists to gain insight into a method they are unfamiliar with and to learn about new therapeutic approaches.
